Hometown of Jack Nicklaus, the legendary golfer and architect, Columbus offers a golf experience for players of all levels and skills. This city is home to some of the most beautifully situated land in Ohio. And private golf clubs in Columbus boasts of its corridors lined with trees and unkempt character of land.
Those who want to enjoy an occasional retreats into a private golf club to choose the Wedgewood Golf & Country Club. This golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Colombo Jr. and opened in 1991. The golf course is both challenging and exciting aspect of a play named one of the most popular golf courses in Ohio in 2005-2006 by Golf Digest magazine. Moundbuilders country club is one of the oldest golf courses in Columbus, which opened in 1910. This 18-hole course designed by Tom Bendelow. This private golf club was designed around the prehistoric Native American earthworks. The eleven holes of the earthworks on the scene. This challenging course has a couple of Columbus 71 with a score of 71.8. The slope is 119 on Bent grass.
The recently remodeled clubhouse Moundbuilders and the restaurant can seat 250 people and social functions and parties in closet.
